Ripple Pool Service has saved our pool. Last year, our former pool service told us they could no longer meet the needs of the pool. We called in another service to help, but they ghosted us. I tried to keep it up myself, and after spending hundreds of dollars on chemicals to no avail, I needed help. We came across Ripple Pool Service on Instagram. There pictures looked promising so I gave them a call. They drained the pool, gave it a chlorine bath, filled it back up, and balanced the chemicals.  Pool now looks great and is getting use after years of green. Best part is the cost was less than what I had already spent doing this myself. Nick and his team were servicing the pool prior to us purchasing our home and we decided to continue services with them. Their prices are very competitive and Nick always responds to any questions I have. Our pool pump quit working a week after the purchase and Nick replaced it very quickly with a new variable speed pump. His team is very professional and provides text and email updates. I reached out to Ripple Pool Service because I was interested in weekly pool service. They offer a true full-service package that includes brushing, cleaning, filter maintenance, and even draining the hot tub four times a year, which I thought was a great value. I was only looking for chemical service, but unfortunately they don’t service my area. Even though he couldn’t take me on as a customer, Nick called me back and spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me. After looking at pictures of my pool and hearing that I’d been maintaining it myself for the past two years, he walked me through exactly what I should do, what products to buy, how to maintain the pool throughout the year, and gave me the confidence that I could handle it myself. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. He had nothing to gain by spending that time helping me, yet he did it anyway. It’s clear that Nick genuinely cares about people and wants to help, whether they become customers or not. I highly recommend Ripple Pool Service. We had an algae bloom during the rainy season. Our small filter system was never able to recover and clear the algae. We contacted Nick about getting a green to clear service and filtration system upgrade. He responded in less than ten minutes with a quote and was able to complete the service within 48 hours to get my kids in the pool before memorial day. He was very knowledgeable, his team took great care of our pool, and the pricing was honest. Very professional, I would highly recommend. One of the best life decisions I made was having a pool service take care of my pool this summer. Ripple came out right away gave an expert assessment. got rid of my green algae immediately that was causing me a headache. The professionalism and dependable weekly service is next level. We had a pool bbq last weekend and was so happy to know that Ripple had all my chemicals set!!!
