A warranty on what we install
A repair is only worth it if it lasts. New installs are covered, so if something we put in fails inside the warranty, it is on us.
Pumps, filters, heaters, automation panels and pool lights are covered for parts and labor. Heater coverage depends on the heater.

Pool repair questions
Do you charge to diagnose a pool equipment problem?
There is a service call fee for coming out and diagnosing the problem. If you choose to go ahead with the repair, that fee is credited toward it.
Will you repair it, or tell me to replace it?
We find the actual cause first and tell you what we see. There is no pressure to replace something that can be fixed, and any larger job is quoted before work starts.
Can a small repair be done on the first visit?
Generally, yes. If it is a small repair and no parts are needed, we take care of it while we are there.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Installs carry a parts-and-labor warranty: three years on pumps, two years on filters, one year on pool lights, three years on automation panels, and three to five years on heaters depending on the heater. Booster pumps and salt cells carry a one to two year warranty.

Do I need to be a weekly service client to get a repair?
No. Repairs and installs are available on their own.
