Ripple Pool Service LLC provides residential and commercial pool maintenance, cleaning, repair, and related pool services throughout Sacramento and surrounding areas, including Sacramento, Natomas, East Sacramento, West Sacramento, Arden-Arcade, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, North Highlands, Antelope, Roseville, West Roseville, Rocklin, Foothill Farms, Rio Linda, Elverta and Orangevale.
Scheduling, billing and cancellation
- Service scheduling is coordinated directly with customers.
- Billing cycles are based on agreed service terms.
- Cancellation requires a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice for billing adjustments.
- Failure to provide proper notice may result in billing for the upcoming cycle.
Refund policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Weekly service: customers may request a refund if unsatisfied within 30 days of the service date.
- Repairs and installations: issues will be reviewed by management and resolved based on the specific situation.
Liability
Ripple Pool Service LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing equipment failures
- Damage caused by weather, environmental conditions, or external factors
- Algae or pool conditions caused by circumstances outside of our control
SMS / text messaging terms
